Flower Power

So i tried this simple and extremely easy to do blue, black and white flower design on my nails two weeks ago. I absolutely love it. I used Barry Ms Cyan blue as a base cover- only needed one coat, followed by Barry Ms no 217 (it doesn't have a name :o ), but as you can see from the picture my nails have been coated with 'glitter' and thats what it is. I then used a dotting tool (bought from ebay) to make my flowers, for the white i used Rio's proffesional nail art in white and for the black flower i used Rimmel London 60 seconds in Black Out. I then finished them of by putting on blue rhinestones in the white flowers and a silver rhinestone in the black flower purchased from ebay.

I loved this nail art design so much i actually wore it for a whole two weeks with no chipping! I felt that i didn't have to wear anything too 'dressy' during the time i had this on my nails as they totally dressed up anything i wore. They really stand out during the day and evening and can be repainted with a variety of different colours and different placements of the flowers!

Will definately be trying this out again. :)
